bottom line 3We always check and ensure that our fundraisers obtain a fundraiser’s rate or non-profit rate. Some lists may not offer this but they may be willing to consider reducing their rate for fundraisers or for non-competitive offers. Additionally, some list owners may be willing to consider a special or reduced test rate and/or waiving the select charges altogether.

In lists with non-exclusive arrangements, we are able to obtain the same list through a different list manager who offers more competitive pricing and discounts.

We also aggressively pursue list negotiations for net name arrangements. This is especially helpful for mailers with high volume mail acquisitions or a large house file where there is high duplication among rental lists and/or with the house file. A net name arrangement means you do not pay full costs, only a nominal running charge for names dropped due to high duplication with other lists or house file. This will definitely reduce your list costs and make a positive impact on your bottom line.
